For the first time in MFL, you will be able to invite other managers to join your backroom team. Up to 5 staff members can help you run your club, each with custom roles and responsibilities that you define. Want a dedicated scout to handle transfers? A tactical genius to manage your lineup? A social media wizard to build your brand? Now you can have it all.

How It Works: Simple, Flexible, Protected
The system is designed to be straightforward:
- Send an offer to any MFL manager with a title, permissions, revenue share, and offer duration
- Choose their role from six permission categories: Contract Offers, Tactics, Competitions, Branding, Social, and Contracts
- Choose their title from preset options: Manager, Assistant Manager, Sporting Director, Technical Director, Head of Football Operations, Head of Recruitment, Head of Brand, Club Secretary, or Community Manager
- Set their cut — staff share the same revenue pool as players, giving you complete control over your economics
- Set offer duration — how long the offer remains valid before expiring
- Adjust on the fly — change permissions any time to respond to performance or circumstances
- One season commitments — all contracts last one season, with revenue share honored even if you revoke permissions
