The European Championship 2024 is coming to the MFL universe, bringing with it a unique opportunity to engage with the game like never before. This event runs concurrently with Euro 2024, mirroring each match within the MFL ecosystem.

For the first time, you can become a shareholder or even a manager of a National Team. We’re guaranteeing a prize pool of 8 Million $MFL (worth $10k) which will increase with every share bought!

What is the European Championship 2024 in MFL?

The MFL European Championship 2024 is a special event designed to coincide with the real-world Euro 2024. This means that every match played in the actual tournament will have its counterpart in the MFL universe, allowing you to experience the thrill of international football on a whole new level.

How Can You Participate?

Become a Shareholder

Buy Shares: Purchase shares of your favorite participating nations for $1 each, available in packs of 1, 10, or 100. By buying shares, you not only become a part-owner but also help your nation unlock exclusive perks for all shareholders.
Plus, 50% of the proceeds for shares will be added to the Prize Pool!
Vote: Each share gives you a vote to elect the National Team’s manager.
Engage: Shareholders can provide counsel to the national team’s manager in a dedicated Discord channel, stay updated, and cheer for their nation.
Earn: Each share entitles you to a portion of the team’s rewards and revenues.

Become a National Team Manager

If you’re voted in as a manager by the shareholders, you will take on several key responsibilities:

Squad Selection: Choose and announce your squad from the national pool of players.
Tactical Management: Develop and implement the team’s tactics, bearing the hopes of an entire nation.

Winning and Rewards

Prize Pool: There’s a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000 worth of $MFL (8 Million $MFL!). Additionally, 50% of every purchased share contributes to the prize pool.
Revenue Split: Agents of players called up will split 10% of the nation’s earnings equally, while shareholders will share the remaining 90% based on their share holdings.
Performance-Based Rewards: The prize pool will be distributed based on team performance. Even teams eliminated in the group stage will earn their shareholders and agents $MFL, which means you will never lose the entirety of your initial investment 👐

Introducing Three New Nations

Albania, Georgia, and Slovenia qualified for the Euro 2024 and weren’t in MFL until now. So, in order to really mirror the IRL competition, we’re adding players from these three countries!

Drop on Thursday

On Thursday at 11PM CET / 5PM ET we’ll release 450 packs that exclusively contain players from Albania, Georgia and Slovenia, the only countries qualified for the Euro 2024 that don’t exist in MFL yet. Save the date!

Please note: You need to own at least 10 shares by Thursday at 9AM UTC (12 hours before the drop) to be eligible to purchase a Euro+ Pack

Shareholder’s FAQ

How do I buy shares?

You can purchase shares directly from the national team’s page in packs of 1, 10, or 100. You can buy shares in as many different National Teams as you like.

Can I sell or transfer my shares?

No, shares cannot be sold or transferred once purchased. You retain ownership for the duration of the event.

Are there any restrictions on the number of shares I can buy?

No, there are no restrictions on the number of shares you can purchase.

How will the rewards be distributed?

Revenue is distributed proportionately to shareholders based on their share holdings, with 90% of the total prize pool going to shareholders and 10% going to agents of called-up players.

Managers’ FAQs

How are managers selected?

Managers are elected by the shareholders of each national team. Eligibility requires holding at least 10 shares, and each share gives a shareholder one vote.

Can I take my own players if I’m the manager?

Yes, but if the manager is also an agent of any players, they won’t be eligible for the agent’s revenue share, promoting fair play and strategic selections.

Can managers select any players from their national pool?

Yes, except for players still owned by MFL. Managers can choose from the national pool represented by agents. That is unless you unlock your Nation’s 6th Tier, which grants the manager the chance to select one MFL-owned player!
