The MFL pyramid is expanding!
Season 5 welcomes a brand new competitive tier: the Spark Division.
All new clubs purchased from Club Packs from this point forward will begin their journey here. Whether you’re just getting started or building a second club, Spark is where the grind begins.
Plus, we’ve enriched the Spark Division with your suggestions for many new locations, including cities in 25 countries that weren’t represented in MFL before!
🧑🤝🧑 My Network: Stay Connected
We’re making MFL more social.
With My Network, you can now follow clubs and users to track your rivals, scout top managers, or just keep tabs on friends.
Think of it as a way to build your own corner of the MFL universe.
🔍 Player Watchlist
No more losing track of rising stars or top targets.
The new Watchlist lets you bookmark players and follow their every move across the market , whether you’re planning a move or just scouting for fun.
🔢 Squad Numbers
You can now assign squad numbers to your players, bringing a whole new layer of personality to your team.
Give your playmaker the #10 shirt, your keeper the #1, or your left-back #99 if you’re so inclined… It’s your squad, your call.
Plus, the match simulation engine has been improved for an even more realistic gameplay experience: Defenders now make better decisions under pressure, keepers handle long balls more realistically, and attackers are finding better angles with improved shot variety.
Add in smarter positioning on goal kicks, cleaner free-kick logic, and a more natural feel to how players carry the ball –and you’ve got our most refined gameplay yet.
As always, the store will remain closed until Rollover Day (Monday), when players age and Season 5 officially begins.
With a new division, new features, and our most refined engine to date, Season 5 sets the stage for a more connected, competitive, and expressive MFL.
